Nord-Østerdal Chess Club is organizing Emanuel Desperados Rapid Chess Grand Prix 2024, which will be held on 9 November at Huset Aukrust in Alvdal.
Welcome to a tournament in excellent facilities. Solan and Ludvig’s café will be open, serving hot and cold dishes. Spectators are invited to watch the players.
The tournament is an NGP tournament.
There will be 5 rounds of FIDE Dutch Swiss with a time control of 15 minutes + 10 seconds increment per move.
Group A: Players rated 1600 or higher. NGP classes master, 1 and 2.
Group B: Players rated below 1600 or unrated. NGP classes 3, 4 and 5.

Schedule
Please arrive no later than half an hour before play begins.
Play starts at 11:00, with a new round approximately every hour. Break after round 3.
