Christmas Street at Huset Aukrust is popular with young and old alike, with a lively crowd. Here you will find wonderful market stalls with Christmas food, Christmas decorations, and Christmas gifts. In the Flåklypa Hall, choirs, the cultural school, musicians, and dancers perform.
At Solan and Ludvig's café, you'll find that wonderful Christmas atmosphere with waffles, cakes, hot food, coffee, Christmas soda, Ludvig soda, and not least delicious Christmas porridge! New this year are delightful stick waffles with salted caramel sauce!
Admission is free for visitors all weekend at Christmas Street, both Saturday and Sunday. The Christmas tree lighting in Alvdal takes place Friday afternoon, so here you can experience pre-Christmas time in Alvdal at its very best.
