Thierry Capezzone has illustrated the Flåklypa Christmas annual for Egmont since 2015, and this year he is celebrating its 10th anniversary with this issue! This year’s Christmas exhibition marks the anniversary. Today, the entire Christmas annual is produced digitally, but for the first five years Capezzone made physical drawings. Some of these drawings can now be seen in our guest gallery!

Thierry Capezzone grew up in Lyon, but now lives in Copenhagen. Early in his career, he worked, among other things, for the comics magazine Spirou. Thierry has worked on several Christmas annuals for Egmont publishing, and since 2016 he has, among other things, revamped and reworked Knoll og Tott. He is also known for the award-winning Danish comic series, H.C. Andersen Junior
