The exhibition invites young and old into the social dance. Across generations, we learn from those who are skilled by dancing together. Dance is for everyone; it is the body that dances, not the ears. Swing, pols, salsa, reinlender and waltz, the exhibition presents dance from across the country while also having a focus on local history. Photos and film show a diversity of popular dance styles. The exhibition includes a rhythm backpack- for deaf people and those with disabilities.

LOOK, GRANDMA! WE'RE DANCING TOGETHER is created by Norsk senter for folkemusikk og folkedans. Curator is Tone Erlien Myrvold. Kulturhistorisk Film & Formidling is the producer. Sound artist Øystein Fjeldbo is responsible for technology, sound and visuals. Tuyo Design is responsible for design and construction.
