Martin Follstad and Ola Brandsnes Vårtun make up the duo Tæladylju, the folk music group “from Føten to Rondane, Dovrefjell, Sølnkletten, Kollutholen and Steimokrysset”
Tæladylju create most of their art in a two-seater 1990 VW Caddy with a four-speed gearbox, giving their folk music an energetic high-revving torque. Over the years, they have played to packed houses at several nursing homes, where ecstatic mature women are said to have exclaimed: "Incredibly handsome boys!” and “That was jolly nice with a cup of coffee, by God!”
